🦴 Fentons' Fair Fetch-Back Policy! 🦴
We always hope you'll love your Fentons goodies, but if for any reason they're not quite right, here's how we can sort it out.
For Unopened Goodies (Still in their Original Bark-aging!) 📦
Did you accidentally order too many dental chews, or maybe your cat decided they're more of a fish-flavour fan than a chicken one (fussy felines, eh?)? No worries! If your Fentons product is still unopened and in its original packaging, you can send it back to us.
Timeframe: Up to 30 days after your delivery date. Cost: You'll cover the return shipping cost for these ones. Think of it as sending a little parcel on an adventure back to us!
Just make sure everything is in tip-top, resellable condition, just like a brand new toy that's never been chewed!
For Defective or Opened (Oops!) Goodies 🛠️
Now, this is where my humans get serious. We pride ourselves on the best quality, but sometimes, a product might arrive not quite right, or maybe a supplement bottle has a mysterious leak (definitely not me, I promise!).
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or has an issue even after being opened, we want to know about it right away!
Timeframe: All issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Cost: If it's our fault, we'll cover the return shipping cost. We'll send you a pre-paid label so it's no hassle for you! What to do:
- Don't wait! As soon as you spot a problem, please contact my human helpers.
- Pictures help! A photo of the issue can help us understand what went wrong faster than I can chase my tail.
- We'll guide you through the return process and sort out a replacement or refund, quick as a squirrel up a tree!

- Just bark an email to my human team at humans@fentonspets.com with your order number and a little explanation of why you're sending it back.
- They'll guide you through the next steps and make sure everything is handled smoothly and with a smile (or a happy tail wag from me!).
