Dental Chews — for breath that clears a room

Let's be honest about why you're here. Your dog leaned in for a cuddle and you had to look away.

Daily chews to support cleaner teeth, healthier gums and considerably more pleasant breath. The chewing action does some of the work; the rest happens over time.

Who they're for

  • Bad breath — the main event
  • Visible tartar or plaque build-up
  • Dogs who will not tolerate a toothbrush under any circumstances
  • Small breeds, who are more prone to dental trouble
  • Anyone wanting to keep on top of it before it becomes a problem

How many to give

  • 23kg and under — 1 treat a day
  • 23–34kg — 2 treats a day
  • 34kg and above — 3 treats a day

Once daily, as part of your dog's oral care routine. For best results, offer after their last meal. Let them actually chew it rather than swallow it whole — the mechanical action is part of how it works. Always leave fresh water down and supervise while they chew. Check with your vet first for puppies under 6 months, or dogs that are pregnant, nursing or on medication.

Be patient with us

Breath tends to improve before anything else does. Existing tartar won't disappear; these help you stay ahead of new build-up rather than reverse what's already there.

One important note: a chew is not a substitute for a vet dental. If your dog has red or bleeding gums, a loose tooth, is pawing at their mouth or struggling to eat, get them seen. Dental disease is genuinely painful and more common than most owners realise.

  • Algae(Ascophyllum nodosum)

A sustainably harvested brown seaweed shown to reduce plaque and tartar buildup from the inside out. Its natural polyphenols and iodine-rich minerals help balance oral bacteria and saliva pH, which in turn cuts down the sulfur compounds that cause “doggy breath.” Bonus: it’s a nutrient-dense whole food, not a synthetic additive.

  • Peppermint

Classic breath-freshening herb rich in menthol and rosmarinic acid. Peppermint supports a cleaner-smelling mouth while gently soothing the stomach—helpful when bad breath stems from digestive upset as much as from teeth.

  • Parsley

Loaded with chlorophyll—the plant pigment often called a “nature-made deodorizer.” Parsley helps neutralize odor molecules and offers antioxidants and vitamin K for overall gum and oral tissue wellness.

  • Green Tea Extract

Green tea’s catechins (like EGCG) inhibit the growth of odor-causing oral bacteria and help prevent plaque from forming robust biofilms. A little goes a long way in supporting fresher breath without harsh chemicals.
