Welcome to Fentons! My humans (and I!) are absolutely thrilled to have you here. Before you dive into all the amazing goodies we have for your furry friends, please take a moment to sniff through these "Terms of Service." They're like the boundaries of our park – they keep everyone safe and happy!

By visiting or shopping with us at www.fentonspets.com, you're agreeing to these terms. If you'd rather not, that's okay, but you won't be able to enjoy all the fun and treats we have on offer.

1. Who We Are (The Pack Leaders):

Fentons is a UK-based business trading as Fentons with the legal name GMNT Distribution, passionately dedicated to providing top-quality, sustainable pet goods. We primarily operate online but dream of wagging our tails in selected pet stores in the future!

2. Barking Up the Right Tree – Using Our Website:

  • Eligibility: To use our website and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • Accuracy of Information: We try our very best to make sure all the information on our website – from product descriptions to prices – is as accurate as a perfectly trained paw. However, sometimes mistakes happen (even I chase my tail sometimes!). We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.
  • Prohibited Uses: Please don't use our site for anything illegal or naughty. No trying to sniff out our secret treat stash, no copying our content without asking, and definitely no spreading nasty computer bugs!

3. Fetching Your Order (Purchases and Payments):

  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. If something goes out of stock after you've ordered it, we'll let you know faster than I can fetch a ball and offer you alternatives or a refund.
  • Pricing: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you'll pay (unless there's an obvious error!).
  • Payment: We accept various payment methods, which you'll see at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This means we've received your order, but it's not yet an acceptance of your offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch your goods.

4. Delivering the Goods (Shipping & Delivery):

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK and keen on Fentons, drop us a bark – we might be able to figure something out in the future!
  • Delivery Times: We'll do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are just that – estimates. Sometimes the postman gets distracted by squirrels, just like me!
  • Risk of Loss: Once your order leaves our paws (or warehouse, rather!), the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

5. Our Happy Tail Wag Guarantee (Returns & Refunds):

We want you and your pet to be absolutely delighted with your Fentons products. Our full Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms, can be found at our returns page. In short, if you're not happy, we want to hear about it within 30 days!

6. Our Treats (Intellectual Property):

All the lovely content on our website – the words, the pictures, my handsome face, and especially our paw-some logo – belong to Fentons or our licensors. Please don't use them without our express written permission. It's like trying to steal my favourite squeaky toy!

7. Staying Friends (Limitation of Liability):

While we try our best to keep everything running smoothly, we can't guarantee that our website will always be perfect or completely free from errors. We won't be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, beyond what is required by UK law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Community & Communication (Let's Chat!):

We love hearing from you and building our Fentons community! When you post comments, reviews, or other content on our site or social media, you grant us permission to use that content to promote Fentons (with a big thank you to you, of course!). Please keep your comments friendly and respectful.

9. Changes to Our Rules (Like a New Scent Trail!):

We might need to update these Terms of Service from time to time, maybe when we add new products or services. We'll post any changes on this page, so do have a sniff around here periodically. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the new rules.

10. Where the Laws Live (Governing Law):

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
